We can see two classes of folks in our life or we are part of one these group.
– Maintenance Oriented
– Growth Oriented
Maintenance-oriented people always desire to stay where they are today. They are worrying too much about their safety and security for their life. They always believe they are in their comfort zone. They always quote “Should not be rapacious, Have the Enough Mindset, so that, Life will be calm all the time, No pressure No Strain”. Get up in the morning (9 AM in the early morning for most of them), do something for the day and go to bed is their daily routine. If they go through a little bit of hassle on their daily routine, instantly they will start pointing to other people, situation, environment or even God. Simple disappointments made their life despondent. Now, all their quotation marks and philosophies will go away. They will be kept on probing and accusing the outside world, there is a conspiracy against them, that’s why they are going through the tough condition and they botched every time. Their primary lifestyle itself finding fault with everyone and everywhere. They are part of a problem finding group and never ever become the part of solution providing groups. Their definition of success is always if today goes peaceful, I am very successful.
The other group of people called Growth Oriented and they are the one makes this world as a better place for yesterday, today and tomorrow. They never ever get contented of what they have today. It’s not about avaricious. The fervor inside them, keep on pushing them to move on and go beyond their limitations irrespective of the result becomes success or failure. They are the leaders and the creators of this world, what we all are enjoying today. They never ever fear about the future. Their simple way of life is “whatever is going to happen, let it happen, It’s another experience in my life”. Their description of success is, “Keep Going, Keep Growing, When I reach the destination, I will find a new beginning there and I will start my new Journey”.
After every success, let’s celebrate the success and ask the question to ourselves, “So What? What Next?” and fix a new destiny and keep going.
I wish you all would be the part of a group which is making this world is a better place for today and tomorrow.
